OFFICE HOURS & APPOINTMENTS
We strive to maintain office hours that are most convenient for your busy schedule. Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Thursday. Saturday and evening hours are also available. When you schedule an appointment, we are committed to seeing you on time. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we would appreciate at least two business days notice so that the time can be made available for another patient.

INSURANCE/PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We participate in Delta Dental insurance, Met Life, School Claims, and United Concordia Advantage Plus. For other insurances, we'll be happy to process your insurance claim. The patient is responsible for the amount not paid by the insurance. We also accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Alternative financing is also available. Just ask our Business Staff.
